Julia Scatliff O’Grady is an Assistant Professor and Communication Studies Chair at St. Andrews University in Laurinburg, N.C. She received her M.A. and Ph.D. in Communication at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is the author of Good Busy: Productivity, Procrastination and the Endless Pursuit of Balance. Her work is also featured in several academic journals.She has an abiding fascination for our relationship with time.
